Replace tslint with eslint #48

As of 2019, tslint as been deprecated in favor of ESLint and typescript-eslint.

tslint should be replace with eslint.

I'd be happy to make a PR to fix this if maintainers would like.

That would be welcome! Even a formatter like prettier, if you like :)
