Where can I download the stable version for Windows?

On the official site I see only one page about the fact that the little green kitten went to the vetenar. Please post the distributions on the github.

0.5.11 is saved on my Yandex disk, but visitors go to the official site, but it does not work. This is a big inconvenience.

and the main thing is not clear how long the site has not been working. Maybe the project is dead?

Site worked in 20 march - 14 may 2020, maybe this is small trouble:

Version 7.0 - 9.0 probably never officially released on Windows (manual compilation from sources and instructions is recommended).

In 23 may 2020 someone moved download on private blog:

I saw copies in the web archive, and it seemed to me that the site was in this state for about a month. You are just a user like me. I was hoping to get an official response from the developer, but thanks anyway for trying to help.

It is important for me to know: 1) Will there be versions for Windows? 2) Is the project alive? 3) how long will the site be down? 4) where will stable releases be published?
