Add license information #11

This adds a license file with the BSD 2-Clause license. It also updates the README to add a build status badge, and a badge for the license.

@miekg Hey, please take a look. I can't test the license badge easily (doesn't seem to support a branch parameter to let me check on my topic branch) but it should work :smile:
