Fixed hyperlinks and font changes #47

Links to the chapter headers were missing. I added them using lazy title case conversion without much cross checking. You can cross check before accepting.

Second thing I did was remove the remote font as it lets the reader read it in the font that they are comfortable it but it opinionated so feel free to reject it.
