caddy-import file #60

While coming back to this and reading the code it seems we're writing the caddy-import file in a specifc directory for each service. This can work, but the current caddy setup can't deal with this.

Maybe fix this with a globbing https://caddyserver.com/docs/caddyfile/directives/import import ddhsj/*/caddy-import

but do we know the root of everything?
