Rethink visual look

Inspired by René's Kitchen Timer codepen, I would like to rehaul Timepie's UI aesthetics:

• simple, sleek full-screen display
• works on ~any display size, mobile + desktop alike
• draggable vertical slider, setting only minute-fragments
• also works with arrow keys (maybe eventually a nice tactile feed to it with small animations / kinetics)
• preserving background notification support
• clickety-clack sounds while the timer is on, maybe optionally fading off
• kitchen timer ring, or the electronic beep? :)

I wouldn't mind a proper facelift to the pie style either, but right now the idea of completely changing it fascinates me more :)
