Mielophone do not play any song #121

since few days, mielophone doesn't play any song. No buffering, no play.

Yes i can see all the website

i just uninstall mielophone and adobe air and same problem is here. impossible to play song in search abd just some song plays in the list "song" and "artist" of mielophone.

yes the problem comes a few days.

Perhaps i will wait for few days and i will repost my problem.

I just played stuff on random searches and everything seems to be fine. let me know how it goes after few days. if it's still broken, we can go a bit deeper into debugging on your side.

Hi I am using mielophone in saluki linux 0.2.3 and also have the same version (a pet) installed in puppy linux 5.2.5 and neither are responding very well. I tried to play music from both albumns and artists and it just says searching for stream and thats it - never plays any music, worked before? something wrong with the servers or could it be the adobe runtime version I am using?

hi yamalight, I'm on linux and only for 2yrs so if you can bear with me I will find out in due time, i'll have to type a command in the terminal and that should bring up the right information, I have a linux techy friend who is pretty experienced so if all else I'll get in touch with him and then wil let you know. thanks for quick response. ;)

These plugins are installed: Soundcloud zmusic Vkontakte

These ones are available mumburum ololofm and this one too but I don't have a Vkontakte account: Vkontakte Api can you give me an invite please or does it have to be someone actually living in Russia? :)

@zibalba try installing other plugins. also, z-music.ru now has tech works going on, so that's probably one of the reasons

@zibalba okay, looks like since my throw-away phone is dead I cannot invite anyone :\ I suggest you google for some other place, hopefully there's enough people who can help. also, I'd removed your data for now :)

ok , no worries, just tell me whats going on with mielophone, used to work about 3 months ago, used it before the start of summer and my business is seasonal so no time to mess about on computers, autumn when things are winding down, perfect time to start abusing my ears again, alas mielophone does not respond. it opens fine, can navigate to al the different bits fine, even choose albumn or artist or song, trouble is nothing plays? Just says searching for stream and that is as far a sit goes, left it on for about 6 hours the other evening and it was still searching for stream? weird are the servers down or something? have you tried yours ?

@zibalba mine works fine. did you tried to install all the plugins?

installed all plugins apart from the obvious vkontakte api which I need an invite for, and anyway used to work fine with just the first 3. I'm going to have to look into this, could be that when I installed other programmes the dependencies that mielophone relies on were installed too, although the same issue is occurring on 3 different machines? really weird?? @zibalba dependencies problems are not likely. can you access mumburum.com, z-music.com, ololo.fm and soundcloud.com ?

@zibalba yep, as in browser. if it's not accessible in browser than something (or someone) is blocking them and this Mielophone cannot search for streams there.

@nazca974 Have been having same problem, I wouldn´t really serach for any tracks, and when it finally came up with something, It wouldn´t play!

  • finally resolved the problem… The problem is the Adobe Air… (something with the automatic update) Uninstall it, then download it again at http://get.adobe.com/air/ and after a restart, I can now stream, and download again!

@zibalba Im using Mac, but a friend of mine uses Windows, and he did the same and it works for him now as well, I think he downloaded the Adobe AIR 3.4 for Win32… but let me know if it works!
