fonts absent #16

Fonts in epses are substituted, so incorrect syncing will likely occur. Шрифты в eps'ах подменяются, что приведёт к проблемам при синхронизации.

What do you mean by "substituted"? I've checked current epses, and they imported into Illustrator or Photoshop without any warnings.

Anyway, eps is used only for previews, so, you should use indd to make changes in main workbook, and then re-export changed pages into eps.

Well, that means Helvetica Neue font family is not installed on my system. And it's not a free font, if you understand my implication.

Uh? Sounds strange. Helvetica Neue should be included into Adobe CS, isn't it? Or they include ol'good original Helvetica?

Anyway, I will ask Linotype about using Helvetica Neue family in OS projects. Maybe they have dedicated license for such cases.
