Incremental search? #89

For now filtering is not very responsive. You need to press enter to get the results. Should we consider incremental search like in ncmpcpp?

Great suggestion, thanks. Should be implemented in master by https://github.com/mierak/rmpc/pull/90. Let me know if somethings wrong in there.
