Demo: one-line comment in Cochon #91

When running the Epigram mode, we tend to send lines to move down in the file. 
As it happens, we sometimes send a one-line comment on our way down. 

This leads to an error while it would be rather easy to ignore the line.

In pigmode, a "--.*$" is replaced by nothing. 

This is a front-end hack, to avoid hacking Cochon command tokenizer/parser 
(because it already is quite horrible).
