Follow followers of or like photos from hashtag or location #29

This has been requested. Not that easy because we cannot list followers of hashtags. Seems to be possible to like photos of hashtags, although I don't know how effective this is. Or go to each photo for a hashtag and find people who liked it and follow them.

If you can provide video of how it works that would be helpful
