1 year ago I cannot access your shared file, but I tried with this similar file: https://software-download.name/sample-rmvb-video-file/download.html
I can reproduce the issue with that file. It only happens when merging segments. It seems like ffmpeg produces broken output when processing rmvb files.
Even this simple command produces invalid output:
ffmpeg -i rmvb-sample-video/rmvb.rmvb -c copy -f rm out.rmvbTrying to open the outputted file:
ffmpeg -i out.rmvb

Not sure what to do about this issue, as it's a problem with ffmpeg.
I have a lot of issues to go through, so in order to make it easier for me to help you, I ask that you please try these things first
