6 months ago If Keyframe cut option is turned off, and you cut it at very specific frames, this can sometimes cause issues with playback.
Also, there are limitations to which videos can be merged. It's possible that there is an incompatibility with the files that prevents a lossless merge.
Mismatches can cause players to have issues.
Check this box and look for any potential issues:
In particular, the most crucial parts that cannot be mismatched are:
- Codecs (Audio codec and video codec must match (i.e. AAC audio and Opus won't mix, nor HEVC and H264)
- Timebase (typically causes major issues when merging files)
- Audio sampling rate (if one video is 44100 and one is 48000, this can cause issues with sound)
- Resolution (Some players like VLC struggle with it while others are fine, but generally avoid it)

Steps to reproduce
After cutting a video from my iPhone on the PC using this software, I wanted to merge it with other videos. However, to my surprise, regardless of the format, the new file cannot be correctly merged with any other original video. The resulting file can only play a part correctly, but more content shows errors during playback.
Expected behavior
After being cut by this software, video clips can be re-edited within this software
Actual behavior
After secondary editing, this software can correctly generate valid video segments, and they can be played back correctly and in their entirety.
