Commercials / Ad detector and remover (Comskip for example)

Description

It would be nice to have a detector for commercials / ads in video files, for example if something was recorded from TV. I mean this to integrate: https://github.com/erikkaashoek/Comskip

I don't think it's going to be very easy to integrate, but can leave it open to see if there's more interest. alternatively I think you can import comskip edl files into losslesscut, see #609
