Merge cut export fade to black or fade to next clip

The fewer issues I have to read, the more new features I will have time to implement, so I ask that you please try these things first

Description

It would be great when we export cuts and merge them to be able to add a fade from and to black for the clips (via setting a timer for fades). Or add a fade to the next clip via setting a timer (i know this would be more difficult). But I would be happy with the fade to black solution.
