[Feature] Forward +10 seconds or +1 minute and rewind -10 seconds -1 minute

Description

Hello I would like to suggest the addition during playback to move forward +10 seconds or +1 minute and also respectively to rewind -10 seconds or -1 minute

I think these new motions with their own hotkeys will improve the navigation of a video to find the parts we want to cut and also this way would be easier than the current available options that are only increasing the video speed or clicking in the video time bar

you have a few different options for seeking currently (see keyboard shortcuts dialog). in the next version i will implement 3 separately customisable keyboard seek speed bindable to separate keys.
