MKV with MPEG2 DVD Remux - Failed to open file

Steps to reproduce

With the latest release 3.63.0 try to open an .mkv file with remuxed DVD MPEG2 video. With the previos release version this is still possible.

Expected behavior

Open the file with quick reconversion to supported format.

Actual behavior

Error message: Failed to open file

Provide an error report

No error occurred.
