• It should automatically change to offline mode if the net is not sufficient (i.e 2G) • CRO’s will not be aware if the net is sufficient or not • He should get notification if the mode changes to offline • It can be turned to online mode automatically , when there is sufficient net, that also needs to be notified • CRO will continue to record the data in offline mode, when it turns to online, the data entered in offline mode needs to be synced with server automatically. • If it is not synced automatically somehow, it should either show the number of records not synced or a Red Dot mark in the below highlighted (i.e Offline Sync (2) or Offline Sync )))) • It should automatically change to offline mode if the net is not sufficient (i.e 2G) • CRO’s will not be aware if the net is sufficient or not • He should get notification if the mode changes to offline • It can be turned to online mode automatically , when there is sufficient net, that also needs to be notified • CRO will continue to record the data in offline mode, when it turns to online, the data entered in offline mode needs to be synced with server automatically. • If it is not synced automatically somehow, it should either show the number of records not synced or a Red Dot mark in the below highlighted (i.e Offline Sync (2) or Offline Sync ))))

The mobile app has a button where a CRO can be trained to switch it off and on, since this will be variable to know the connectivity of the network and internet speed.

The above features does not sound or enhances any productivity at all.

ok if CRO thinks the net is weak, he will manually turn the offline mode and strt recording the data. but he should be notified that he has n no. of offline data which needs to be synced. it should either show the number of records not synced or a Red Dot mark in the below highlighted (i.e Offline Sync (2) or Offline Sync ))))

And i have a doubt, lets say center A has to be collected at 10 am and CRO finds no network, so he marks the denominations/attendance and submitting the collection sheet, and finds the good network zone and tries to push the offline data, either manually he has to push, else we need automatic sync of offline data once he moves to good netwrk area.

So while doing this sync, lets say he got network at 12pm, and the data got synced, but we wanted to know that he actually went to the field at 10am and collected the amt. To know this, on submitting the collection sheet in offline or online mode, it should log the time and get it stored in a table , Here, our officer, to check on his timings, we will retrieve the timings from the table and display in a custm report.
