Ability to scan for asteroids around your current location

New asteroid added to locations if successfully found

Cannot yet set a course for it though

[X] Can scan the current location for Asteroids. Has a chance to succeed
[X] Can set a course for this new destination and it's distance is somewhat random
[X] Can begin to mine and able to select how many hours they want to mine
[X] Each hour has a chance to yield minerals
[ ] Cargohold gets filled with the mineral
[ ] Able to sell it in orbit of earth (slightly blocked by #8 but it could be ignored until it works)

Open for review, but please don't merge. There are still features to implement here.

@Nicoolai try downloading the branch, starting the game and save the game. There's something wonky about the solarsystem and selfrefferences that i can't figure out.

@Nicoolai could you merge your updates with the circular refferences into this one? I can figure out why the repo is null after load

Sure, should I just commit to your branch? It's just adding one attribute to the Parent prop.
