I put way too much work into this, sorry in advance for a large PR :( There's still some things that are NotImplementedYet. Also some corners are cut, but I think those deserves their own, smaller, PR's.

Potentially I went a bit overboard with the CelestialBody types..

I added a test solarsystem command in the CaptainConsole. It was just to ensure IOC was working.

I love it, this is by far the biggest risk i saw to this project, and it looks like you just hit it out of the park.
