The migaku Chinese Add on works fine when i use it and i can add readings and add active fields and everything, But the second i exit Anki the code gets deleted and the Chinese add on resets, deleting the html code in the card type and removing the active fields i added but keeping the brackets of the readings. I have been manually pasting the code of migaku (ZH) node type every time i want to use the decks that have that note type.

That sounds very worrying! This shouldn't happen.

Let's confirm a couple things:

After you make your changes in the Migaku Chinese Settings window, are you clicking the "Apply" button to save those changes?
You shouldn't need to edit the note type manually. Doing this might actually cause problems.
Do you have the "Auto CSS & JS Generation" checkbox enabled?

Also make sure that the chinese addon is enabled on the correct profiles: (select from dropdown and click "Add" button)
