Describe the bug
The name 拓斗 is parsed as two independent words instead of the single name it is.
To Reproduce
Steps to reproduce the behavior:
Search for 拓斗 on google
Use migaku toolbar to parse.
Notice two red underlines instead of 1
Expected behavior
拓斗 should be parsed as a single word

OS: Windows 10
Version: 0.9.9.2

Parsing names is probably difficult in general but given a fairly complete names dictionary it should be as doable as other words.
I don't care much about parsing words but the problem is that after parsing, there's no way to do a normal pop dictionary lookup across parsed word boundaries. Another solution to this would be to how manually correct parsing or allow looking up words across parsing boundaries.
