Should be a website where you import a video and a subtitle and try to fix the subtitle to match the video.

It should be easy to edit subtitle lines and to retime them, both should have convenient keyboard shortcuts

Multiple people should be able to edit, with a git-style collaboration. The original owner can edit directly, other people can propose changes. These proposals should get approved by either the original owner or an admin

For editing text, you should be able to create an inventory of words that you have to change often. These words are often names that got recognized wrong by whisper. These words get assigned keys on the keyboards (1-9?) and if you hover a word and press these keys the word gets replaced with the one in the matching inventory.
