This PR includes some minor changes regarding the Bellatrix support for the Ethereum crawler.

The changes:

Include the Bellatrix ForkDigest in the list of available forks
Update some UserAgents in the network to help us get some more accurate data: Lodestar and Grandine

This PR is closing #49
