Executing vedit 10 s/10 erases all 9 skills and replaces them with 10.
This implementation of edit can be very hard to use as it is safe to assume that volunteers have multiple skills listed, and they usually edit their skills by adding a new skill or modifying an existing one. Having to reenter all the skills everytime they make an edit is not very effective, given that there's no easy way to copy the old skills over.
Given that volunteers' skills can change quite often, this could cause quite a hassle to the user.
The functionality has already been mentioned in the UG and this is intended, although it does affect users
