This is the first follow up since the formal C3 adoption; the MOP macros and compiler handling is updated for the new world order.

Work Items:

[x] Introduce struct slot accessor/mutator meta constructors.
[x] Update defstruct-type and defclass-type macros to emit annotations for MOP meta.
[x] Update struct/class expansion meta data to reflect the unification.
[x] Process MOP meta annotations in the compiler, drop the old style inference.
[x] (Re)Boostrap
[x] Update stdlib usage of MOP meta
[x] Remove dead code and rebootstrap

Follow up:

[ ] Documentation: update intro doc about the nuances of mop unification; create reference page for the mop, macros, and optimizations
[ ] Remove traces of the mop transiotion; op*->op

LGTM.

The test failures (missing symbol) needs to be addressed of course, but nothing jumps out to me on here
