Following discussion on gitter, this optimizes object construction:

compiler generated constructions use ##structure
make-object itself is written as a wrapper on top of ##make-structure and initialization
adds object-fill! for mass initialization of objects
add inline rule to use either ##structure or ##make-structure and initialize as appropriate

This should also remove the last(?) hurdle for js compilation of the core system.
