Pad 1 Config Causes Code Dump #20

What steps will reproduce the problem?
1. Select Pad1 from the Config menu
2.

What is the expected output? What do you see instead?
Sometimes Pad2 will work correctly and I configured my classic controller 
for pad 2 but the game I was testing was single player so couldnt test 
functionality. I tried it again and it code dumped as well. Pad1 always 
code dumps though.

What version of the product are you using? Rev. 78
