why is wiiflow.ini stored into SD:apps/wiiflow/ instead of SD:wiiflow like in 
previous 1.x versions ?

it's hard to detect for someone who was used to run 1.x version and who store 
execs inside SD:apps/wiiflow<revision>/

for me it would be more logical to store inside an external directory tree 
independent from apps/ like in 1.x versions

or if it must be inside apps/, then it would be much better to be in 
SD:/apps/<dol dir>/, this way it would even be possible to make coexist one 
config per wiiflow version.

you only need 1 version of wiiflow, the latest.
