Now that rev20 of Waninkoko's cios is out, why not make it possible to load a 
game from wiiflow using any ios that is present on the wii, this makes it 
possible for people to install cios on slots of their choice and be able to 
launch games with these cios

This will indeed be added, but we're not sure what the best method is.
