Match game name in gameinfo menu #285

Now gameinfo shows english game name,
but match language(use in wiiflow) is better.

Also Release Date selection, Day-Month-Year and Year-Month-Day
Day-Month-Year isn't friendly for Japanese people.

stop posting bug reports on revs.  They are not releases and will not be 
tolerated.  From now on ppl who constantly post bugs on the tracker will be 
blocked since its really irritating to the developers.  Count how many times 
you posted a bug in the past month when no releases have even been made once.  
Consider this a warning.
