Language Files und Cheat not work #304

The Rev 151 to 154 the loader will not load the Language files  on a NTFS HDD 
and the Cheat function don't work too.

Is for some changes about the languaje download that and put in the root of 
HDD/SD http://www.megaupload.com/?d=CFGQFAG7

revs for "TESTERS ONLY" should not have bug reports posted here.  We know there 
are issues right now because these revs are incomplete.

if fat32 comes before ntfs on your hdd, wiiflow can only read fat32 for config 
files/covers/cheats.

if ntfs is first, it can only read ntfs for those files.

Please try r166 on the update server.  Thx.
