Suggestion: Add an icon on the cover close up page if a trailer is available #305

It can be hard to keep track of which games you have added trailers to. It 
would be a nice feature if you could see if you have a trailer for the game in 
form of a small icon or something similiar.

Trailers are a "hidden" feature, and were only added for fun.  We will not 
clutter the main gui anymore with unnecessary buttons.
