What steps will reproduce the problem?
1-With the implementation of Wiinnertag some games have issues, example 
"Metroid other M" ingame video sometime cut off or present audio lag, reported 
by other users too.
2-The application now take to long to initiated, take about 18 second in the 
black screen with the phase "Please wait".

What is the expected output? What do you see instead?
1-I would like to have an on/off feature in Option screen in which I can turn 
on/off wiinnertag feature.

2-Better response time in app load.

What version of the product are you using? On what operating system?

You might wanna try a somewhat newer rev (r186).

Nah, I dont suggest anyone go past r181 for now, as there are issues with 
r182+.  The lag on boot problem has been found but we have another more serious 
problem to track first in those revs so please hang tight.

Winnertag options will most likely not be added.  you only set those once 
right? lol
