USB wake-up function removed #333

Previous to updates, I was using Wiiflow 2.1 r92 with the NForwarder since it 
has the wake up USB function. I updated to r181 today and found that the 
forwarder no longer wakes up the USB. I checked many other versions, and the 
first version that I came across that still had the USB wake up function was 
r142. I was wondering if there was something that I'm missing or if the 
function got accidentally removed somewhere.

"wake up USB function" ? lol.  nothing like this has been removed.  Try using 
the latest rev and a newer cios if you arent on cios 249 19 already.

A lot of code refactoring with usb mounting has been done in 145. If 145 still 
works, but 146 doesn't, we can dive a little bit deeper.

What Miigotu means is that there is no function to wake up the device. However, 
accessing the device should wake it up. That could've been removed, or a 
timeout could've been removed.
