wiimote not connecting when hd is not plugged in on start #341

Steps to reproduce:
1. unplug hdd
2. start wiiflow
3. when "Please plug a USB HDD on" message is displayed, plug hdd in
4. wiiflow continues, shows games. Wiimote did not activate and is unable to 
connect
5. press reset button :)

when hdd is plugged in on start, i dont need to reconnect the remote.

Tested with r217, but also occured with earlier builds.

this does not happen if the hdd is plugged in fast. but when plugged in after 
20 seconds, the problem occures.

wiiflow is not designed to be started without a hdd.
