R220 Dump screen when downloading cover #346

What steps will reproduce the problem?
1. Use FAT on usb
2. Download covers within wiiflow R220

What is the expected output? What do you see instead?
Dumpscreen when trying to write to the FAT partition. After this problem, the 
same dumpscreen happen when reloading wiiflow (after 5 sec or so)
I reverted to R118 and this problem doesn't occure anymore.

What version of the product are you using? On what operating system?
wiiflow R220, ios222 (hermes v5), System menu 4.2

R220 is not considered a release, and thus this issue is invalid. If you have 
problems with a revision, and you think we don't know it yet, tell us on IRC.
