Would it be possible to let the user separate games into categories or folders 
so that you can find games easier.

You can already use catecories in wiiflow. In the game settings you can set a 
game to a category. Then in main view press B on the favorites button to go to 
the category.

you can already do that in wiiflow.ini. Check http://www.wiiflowiki.com on how 
to do that.
