Transfer games from sd card to game partition on hard drive #448

Introduce the ability to transfer games from the sd card to game partition on 
the hard drive. This would stop you having to connect the hard drive the 
computer every time you wish to add a game. Once wiiflow is up and running 
users tend to only add one game at a time and they could then do this via a 8gb 
card.

You can use WiiXplorer for that. The only thing we might add is SDHC loading, 
but not copying. It doesn't fit in the purpose of this application (loading 
games).
