Load games from first HD partition

A very useful feature still missing in WiiFlow is the possibility to load games 
from the first partition of the HD, whatever it has been formatted.

In Configurable this is the default:
# partition = [auto], ask, WBFS1, ...WBFS4, FAT1, ...FAT9, NTFS1, ...NTFS9
#   Specifies which partition to use when starting the loader

GX has this feature too. Please, add this very useful feature also in WiiFlow.

private beta already does this, our mounter is very much more advanced than any 
other loader in private beta atm.
