[FAT Partition] Can't install a game correctly #471

I can't install a game in a FAT partition without doing it twice...

The first time, the game will not appear in the list.

The second time, il will appear...

BUT, if I put the USB device in the computer, I can see that there's a "fully
invisible file" (you can't see it, even with the "Show hidden files" activated;
if you delete all the files, you'll see some space used). And the only solution
to delete it, is to format the USB device... =/

-> Same thing with the update feature, it will write hidden files, and say the
update has failed, because it can't see the files it has just downloaded, and
you can just format your USB device to delete those files...

I have noticed that files get cross-linked a lot on the fat32 partition. This
sometimes makes my games "disappear." After running chkdsk and doing a defrag
I have noticed that the ones that seem to disappear have actually merged with
other files. For instance I have found 800+ MB .png files, or 1.3GB roms. I
keep homebrew and wbfs files on the same partition. I have tried to remedy
this by putting most of the homebrew related files back on the SD card.
