Adjust interface for turning categories on/off #474

I have installed the december 24 release of wiiflow 2.2 r304. I am running cIOS 
249 (rev20, base=56 (i believe)

When I try to set categories for a game I can not click with the hand on the 
off button to turn it to on for a certain category.

When I navigate using the directional buttons on the WIImote it changes the 
focus to the on/off buttons on the categories. After that has happened I can 
turn the categories on or off again.

Can you please adjust the interface so that clicking with the "hand" on the off 
categories changes it to on instead of 1st having to navigate to the buttons 
using the directional buttons to get them to focus.
