Code dump on Game Load #478

What steps will reproduce the problem?
1.Loading a ISO game through Wiiflow

What is the expected output? What do you see instead?
Expected: Game should load
See: Code dump screen

What version of the product are you using? On what operating system?
Wiiflow 2.2

Please provide any additional information below.
I'm running Wiiflow 2.2 with IOS249 base 56. It had been working for a while 
but now it seems to have gone... crazy. Every time I try to load a game it just 
gives me the code dump screen.

I've tried a fresh install. I've reinstalled the IOS. I even fixed the MBR of 
the external HDD.
