Metroid Prime Trilogy causing #497

What steps will reproduce the problem?
1. Backup Metroid Prime Trilogy on FAT32 hard drive in 4 .wbfs parts
2. Attempt to launch any of the .dols

What is the expected output? What do you see instead?
Expected: Game should launch.
Instead: "Disc_SetUSB failed" is displayed.

What version of the product are you using? On what operating system?
WiiFlow 2.2rc1
4.1U

Please provide any additional information below.
All other games work, including SSBB.
This game used to work when my hard drive was WBFS formatted.
