r378 can't show Japanese game title #505

Using the default Wii font works fine in settings or game info screen,
but only game title in main menu is English.
(When I edit WiiTDB.cpp it become garbled.)

I tested r416 and confirmed WiiTDB works fiine, but it was a temporary.
After rebooting WiiFlow, English titles are shown instead of Japanese title.
