Games/Channels list does not update if change made from initial startup rev374 #510

What steps will reproduce the problem?
1. Startup WiiFlow

2. Add a game w/any backup manager or delete a game w/WiiFlow

What is the expected output? What do you see instead?
If you delete a game w/WiiFlow the game still shows up, clicking on it however
will cause a crash or freeze.

When you add-on a game( I use WiiBackupManager Windows 7) or just transfer a
game from drive to drive(Fat 32 Partition) the game does not show up.

What version of the product are you using? On what operating system?
2.2RC2 rev374 on SM 4.1U

Please provide any additional information below.
To resolve this you must delete the usb1_wbfs database file on
/wiiflow/cache/lists/ then reload wiiflow and games will showup or be removed
properly.

I can only assume the same things happens for usb1_apps with the apps list. It
seems these files don't automatically update and reflect changes made within or
outside of WiiFlow when you add or delete games and channels.

An inconvenient bug, but easily fixable w/wiixplorer or a pc :-)

there is an issue with wii backup manager where it doesnt update the mtime of
the wbfs folder. Either manually add a file to the folder and delete it after
using wii backup manager, or update wiitdb titles once in wiiflow.
