Default Theme support #538

I understand that this is still Alpha but the 418 does not support default
theme and I think that it should support at least that theme.
When using default theme the Menu's becomes messy
What steps will reproduce the problem?
1.Use v 418 with default theme
2.open a title
3.open configuration
4. see that the text is messy

What is the expected output? What do you see instead?
See the text correctly (without the lines entering each other)

What version of the product are you using? On what operating system?

418 d2x V8
Please provide any additional information below.
I don't expect it to support any other theme except for the default

default theme means WITHOUT any theme ini. It works fine then. All themes
need updated for 418+, as well as languages. This includes the default.ini
needing to be updated which hasnt happened yet.

Wiiflow currently has the best theme support ever at this moment, considering
themes can now accurately control font sizes, scroll box positions and sizes,
etc. This stuff was not possible before 418+
