fmg get devices should also list ha nodes #177

If you get all the devices from a FortiManager with fmg get devices and the device is a cluster you only see the cluster name, but not the ha nodes (Fortinet calls them slaves, but we will not use that word). Enhance the fmg get devices to also list the ha nodes in case of a cluster
