Would be nice if gdoc-cp can target a specific folder on the Google
document servers.

Devraj to explore if the Atom feeds provide this information and allow the
programs to provide this as a parameter.

Explored Atom feeds, it seems that Google docs just marks docs/sheets with 
labels and
that is what displays as folders.
