Add Stateful Application Examples #6

I would like to do a better job of separating concerns in the future. :cry:

This PRs primary purpose is to add the stateful application migration examples. It also:

cleans up a bunch of incorrect raw github URLs
creates an example graveyard for ones we aren't doing right now ... and adds the deprecated API example to it
update Makefile so developers can CONTAINER_BUILD_PARAMS="--no-cache" make build-image to override build caching
fixes the transfer-pvc ClusterTask name
